Our AI approach

A smarter wayto move.

We see AI as a way to make training information easier to understand and act on. Our ambition is a more personal experience, shaped by human goals and judgement.

Be part of the conversation

What AI could bring to training.

Three possibilities in our concept for an AI-powered gym.

01

Before: find a starting point.

One possible role for AI is organising goals, available time and recent training notes into a plan to discuss. The aim would be a session with a clear purpose and room for personal judgement.

02

During: make feedback useful.

We would like to explore simple, relevant prompts that help a person understand the session. Any feedback tools and the way they work would need to be defined and tested before being offered.

03

After: reflect and adapt.

AI could help turn training notes into an understandable summary: what was completed, what felt different and what to discuss next. We want reflection to support thoughtful adjustments over time.

Technology and people

Your context still matters.

A useful suggestion needs context. In the experience we imagine, technology helps organise information while people bring goals, preferences and judgement to the decisions.

Make room for reflection.

What AI could support

Organising training notes, highlighting patterns and making information easier to review. Suggestions should be understandable and open to question.

Where people lead

Choosing meaningful goals, explaining how a session feels and deciding what to change. We see a role for human guidance; the coaching model and team have not been announced.

Questions guiding the design

Useful technology starts with clear choices.

What information is needed?

We want any future data request to have a clear purpose in the training experience. The data inputs for the proposed gym have not yet been specified here.

Can the suggestion be understood?

We want people to understand what a suggestion relates to and where its limits are, so it can support an informed conversation.

Does the person have clarity?

Any future service would need to explain its data use, available choices and support channels before people use it. Those service details are still to be defined.
